Here are our 5 tips for doing just that:

1. Capture moments, memories, conversations, a turn-of-phrase, or what your MeeMaw used to tell you.
2. Don’t try to “write smart”--people want to feel as though they are sitting with you having a conversation, not sitting through a PowerPoint presentation
3. Slow down.
4. Focus on readability over correctness
5. Punctuation is a road map, not a gatekeeper
